If I park nose up or on flat ground with my new transmission starter doesn’t engage but if l park nose down it starts every time

Linkage has been rebuilt, new starter, ignition switch, accuator pin, battery .the only way to get it started is holding the key in the start position and rocking the car back and forth

Hello, I can't imagine the relationship of the angle of the vehicle and the no start. The engine must be turned regardless of how the vehicle is parked. If anything, it's a loose connection of wiring in some way causing the delayed starter motor engagement. That's where I'd focus my attention.
