Can a dirty fuel filter cause a rough idle after the car is warmed up?

I'm not sure exactly what it is, but I know it isn't a fuel filter. You will need to get the system checked out to see if there are any diagnostic codes stored in the engine computer. Is your check engine light on?

No I don't have a check engine light on. I will get it checked anyway to see if there are other codes that don't display. Thanks
