If the display is working and does not recognize your input, it could be an issue with the unit itself, a connection problem, or a software issue (least likely). Since the steering wheel controls are still working, there's hope! Each tier (base, premium, etc.) systems are quite different, so the issue will need to be pinpointed by an experienced and knowledgeable technician.
