What is your question?
Just replaced a worn rocker arm just over the exhaust valve on cylinder #6. Clicking stopped but now I'm throwing 2 current faults (using Bluetooth Torque App). #1) P0020 - Powertrain "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 2), #2) P0123 - Powertrain - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit High Input. Could either of these codes be caused by an issue with the Magnetized timing wheels? Was careful not to touch the Magnetized timing wheels with anything metal or magnetized. I did place all bolts in a magnetized tray even the one to the sensor that installs in the valve cover between the 2 magnetized timing wheels. Could that bolt have picked up magnetization and be an issue? I started the engine for a few minutes, even drove it around the block. Seems to drive just fine. Looking for advise on what to do next, is running it doing more damage. My background...not a mechanic but mechanically inclined with decent tools. Am I way over my head or can I salvage this?
What makes this problem better or worse?
only run 5 min while pulling codes and short test drive.
How long has your 2016 Dodge Journey had this problem?
started today after replacing rocker arm

Great questions, and respecting your mechanical ability and efforts. However, without observing the specific repair routine you did and seeing necessary data using a diagnostic tool, it's going to be really hard to comment in any way that makes sense. You're going to need some hands on testing and monitoring of components, and possibly revisiting your repair process to know what's going on. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
