Hi! My battery light recently came on....the battery was charging at a very low percent..I had the battery changed..a few days later, the battery light came on again. The alternator came back perfect when tested...however, the battery tested low.....I did have some updates done on this Dodge Journey 2015 a month ago....the light will turn off when I turn the car off and turn it back on....but the battery still tests low....any ideas??

Hello, the battery light will come on to indicate a charging system concern. Either the alternator is not charging properly (either or both voltage and amperage could be improper), or there could be a wiring concern. The wiring that plugs into the alternator itself is often suspect, check there for damage to terminals or the connector itself. All a guess - a good technician should be able to resolve this hands on pretty easily.
