My 2015 Dodge journey windows won't work driver switch makes a hum when try to roll up or down

At first the window would work if you opened door ,but than it quit I noticed when door is open and I press switch the door light goes completely dim and dash light .when I let off button they come back on .

What makes this problem better or worse?

At first window worked if door was open.
