Low speed fan won't come on...I have 6.75V after the resistor and the fan won't run. It works on Hi-speed no problem. Just not sure what voltage is required for Low speed

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. So sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. For your Journey, the voltage for the low-speed operation of the radiator fan should typically be lower than for high-speed, but 6.75V seems a little low. Generally, you should expect around 8-10 volts for the low-speed setting. Since your fan runs at high speed but not at low, the issue might be with the resistor, wiring, or connector. It is also worth inspecting the ground side of the circuit.
