What is your question?
my journey will drop to about 3 mph, pull over shut it off and am able to start it back and it seems fine. I have taken it in to the shop they have scanned it and said nothing has shown up. That the vehicle does not store codes . Now What?
How long has your 2014 Dodge Journey had this problem?
it has happened 3 times in the 3 weeks

Hello, if you have a throttle control light coming on, I'd be shocked that no codes are being stored in the system. But I suppose anything is possible, such as if battery voltage is lost or something along those lines. A diagnostic tool monitoring data from the throttle sensors would be advantageous, especially during when the problem occurs.
