What is your question?
New spark plugs, clean injectors, the code was throwing for #5 coil pack we changed it. Ran good for two days and now the engine lights back on and it’s sputters is here and there.
How long has your 2014 Dodge Journey had this problem?
A few days

Hi, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Thanks for reaching out, sorry that you are having car issues. Sounds like you have already done quite a bit to the Journey. The fact that the misfires went away after replacing the coil is great. The fact that the light has come back on and it is sputtering could be several things. My first question would be to find out what the new codes are. Are they still the same cylinder 5 misfire? Or is it for something else. If it is the same code then it is possible you got a bad coil, the connection isn’t fully secure, or you have a deeper issue with the wiring or the PCM. If they are different codes, it is possible that something got damaged throughout the course of the previous repairs, or there is something else going on and its just coincidental that its happening just after resolving the first issue. Without knowing the new codes, it’s a little difficult to say what is currently happening, or what possible solutions may be. Perhaps it is time to have a qualified shop look at it, they will be able to diagnose it and pinpoint the issue.
