I have a 2013 Dodge Journey R/T with a 7 prong trailer plug that no longer works, it's worked since I've owned it but now it doesn't work. When I test it all that I have is power and nothing else.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Just noticed it. It worked the last time I had it hooked up to a trailer
