What is your question?
About 50 percent of the time when I go to a gas station and put the pump into the gas tank, not only will it unlock the automatic pumping mechanism but when you try to use the pump manually it will turn off a hundred times. Every few seconds it refuses gas and acts like it is full when I still have gallons to go. Even if I reposition the hand pump every possible way, it still acts like it is full every two seconds. I risk overflow every time.

Try to pump the fuel slower. You can have Dublin Auto Repair see if TSB are present or maybe a damaged filler neck. Many get damaged by people extending the hose and filling at the wrong angle breaking the neck...
You more than likely have a vent hose to the fuel neck that is obstructed/ blocked/ bent as it comes out of fuel tank. When filling if the fuel tank neck " gurgles " that is what the problem is. There is no way for air to leave the tank when you start filling. If you have bumped something driving over it or had mild fender bender this can happen sometime.
