Hello, In order to establish a diagnosis, there are a couple of things you must know and test. The climate control system uses blend doors to change how much air and what temperature air should blow out of the vents. The are turned by blend door actuators. If the actuator is getting a signal from the climate control panel, but does not move the blend door, the actuator or blend door is faulty/broken. If the actuator is not receiving a signal, the climate control unit should be tested, and is likely faulty. You can test these yourself by locating these components on the HVAC central housing, located behind and underneath the dashboard, and the climate control panel located on the center of your dashboard.
