Why does my ABS and Traction control disengage on sharp turns @ low speeds?

What is your question?

The ABS Traction Control turns off when I make sharp turns ( in and out of driveway/parking space). It also will suddenly disengage when hitting the brakes going down the road some times there is a shudder when it disengages. Are there any technical bulletins regarding the ABS and Traction Control connectors or circuits?
