Drivetrain binding up when slow turn

Hello, did you have the tire replaced? Or was it just repaired and reinstalled on then vehicle? The only reason I would be concerned about tires on a vehicle causing drive train binding would be if the tires are of different size -- or significant tread depth difference - or even possibly a different brand or model. Anything that causes dissimilar diameters can cause binding wind up. The "donut" spare tire that is provided with the vehicle should be of the same outside diameter as the original equipment tires. Are the tires on the vehicle different in size compared to what is listed on the tire placard?
