Why doesn't my radio work?

If the audio unit is not functioning, check first for any circuit protection issues -- blown fuses. If all is OK there, you will need to have further evaluation by a technician that has experience working with audio units. It is possible that there is an internal issue that will require removal of the unit and necessitate sending it out for repairs.
