Our alarm goes off randomly even while parked in our driveway at night

More than likely their is someone else in your vicinity that has a remote device that operates on your frequency with the same security code. I have had this happen with two different vehicles over the last twenty five years with Viper alarm systems. Once the car was 3 spaces away and would lock and unlock with mine. I left a note on the seat.

Hello. I have the same problem. Call 800 992 1997 and file a complaint with Chrysler. I spoke to a women named Elizabeth and she said there hasn't been any complaints filed for this issue. The more people we get to call and complain, hopefully they will recall it. Have your vin number and mileage available when you call. Good luck.
