I have a 2010 dodge journey shifting problem.

What is your question?

When my cars running or off and turning it on it doesn't go into gear. If I turn it off pump the brake it will then go into gear. What's wrong with it? I have ebs light on I have a car with traction marks on. I just redid brakes and it's still there. Please help me!
