Hello, This is a result of a failed blend door actuator, blend door, or just a bad fuse. If all of these are good, the failure is likely the AC control module which is part of the panel you use in the cab to adjust the HVAC settings. The blend doors and actuator are the components used to change the temperature of the air by blending hot and cool air to achieve the demands of the control module. They are located in and on the HVAC central housing (behind the dashboard), and they do fail commonly. The actuator will likely be accessible without removal of anything but trim panels.
