Just purchased and in the paperwork I went all over, afterwards of course, I saw the tech notes P0440 and it says you may consider replacement Front struts are seized car ride smooth so I don't get it isn't seized serious??

Maybe they were replaced, and that paper work is left over. Look at them and see if they look new or if they've been on there a few years.
