How tight does the timing belt tensioner pulley bracket have to be

The torque specification that applies for the timing belt tensioner pulley assembly would be 30 foot pounds, for the 3.5L V6 engine. (You did not indicate which engine your Intrepid is equipped with.)

It seems irrelevant what the exact torque specs are now that the threads have stripped out .. This will require the installation of a Helicoil or Time-Sert.. Google will explain..
