Why after changing the turn signals it is still not working?

What is your question?

Both turn signals are not working, I changed both rear kits and they work a random times but mostly does not work. What is wrong and how can this be corrected. They have LED lights so the whole frame had to be changed.

What makes this problem better or worse?
