Likely the blend door actuators. They're a common issue on these vans.

Thank you for the quick reply. That's what I was afraid would be the answer since that is not necessarily a cheap fix.

Turn off drivers side vents .. Drive vehicle while sitting in passenger seat .. Might not be too easy but it's cheap! I have no idea if it's possible on 'this' vehicle but you may be able to 'manually' position blend door so heat returns.
