Why do I have hot heat in front and cold in all back vents

It's is at three zone system it warms up and starts to blow hot them goes cool. Blower works on all three speeds temp arrows raise and cools heat the way it should then it won't work I sync the front and rear temp and the rear won't match the front temp the digital temp degree will but the air temp does not rear blower works fine flushed both front and rear heater cores water pump thermostat drivers side blend actuator felt in and out lines to both cores and they are hot no external leaks can be found. Bleed system at bleeder screw on thermostat many times
