What is your question?
I have an 09 Dodge Grand Caravan with about 140k miles on it. Since 10/18 I've had the timing gasket, coolant reservoir tank, and intake manifold gasket replaced. It's also been pressure tested at two different garages and they both said it isn't the head gasket, but I can still smell coolant. A couple weeks ago I noticed bubbles in the reservoir after the car had heated up. (It's not overheating) They move like boiling water. Today it made a weird noise when I started it and then the engine sounded loud like a hole in the exhaust but it was from the engine and there's now a high pitched whining noise whenever I give it gas and the rough idle that had gone away for a couple weeks is back. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately - this particular set of circumstances is too extra-ordinary to offer any ‘online’ repair suggestions - other than *hands-on* testing / evaluation by qualified personnel.. There are symptoms posted that don’t usually go together..
