What could be the cause of loosing all my accessories?

It's -4 here and I had no accessories when I went to start my van. Power windows, power doors, radio, heat, heated seats, blinker lights on the dash.....none of them work. But my gauges and odometer still work. Yesterday when I went to star my van (also negative temperatures) they didn't work for a few seconds but then by pushing buttons they came on, that didn't happen today. I had to drive all the way to work with no heat!
