Where is the Transmission range selector on 2006 Grand Caravan?

I have tried to jump start and do have voltage at the small wire on the starter solenoid when helper turns key.I am still at a loss as to why this van will not even attempt to start. I have power everywhere but still have no start. I also tried starting in neutral as well as other gears while wiggling shifter but nothing seems to work.I also tried wiggling wire harnesses under hood but nothing helps.

OK,, here you are; If you have voltage on that small wire when key is turned to start...it is either not enough voltage or starter is defective!!! And that is it!!! Try jump start again,, if no luck then suspect starter....You can run a wire from battery plus to that small wire, starter has got to turn IF it's any good!!...If starter does not turn then...repace it......bench tested or not!!!! Unless engine is locked up.....or battery is weak...it has got to turn with wire from battery + to small terminal....!

Ok, if it dont crank then either the battery is not supplying enough voltage, the engine is locked up or the starter is shot, and that is it....that bypasses everything but the starter! No need to even turn key on, unless you want the engine to actually start... Let me know how you make out.

Thank you for the advise. I tried the jumper wire and did not work. I replaced starter and started right up.
