What is your question?
Engine has no power and drags when trying to accelerate like it has no vacuum advance, diagnostic says it is missing on #2 and #5 cylinders. Changed coil pack with no change.

You should have tested for bad spark before changing. What about the plugs, injectors, more testing needs to be done to determine the cause.
Beside the misfire did you get any other codes? Try spraying a starting fluid around the vaccum hoses If you heard the idles change seek for that leak. If there's no air leak Try replace your crank sensor and camshaft sensor. This two work together one control sparks and the other is fuel If one go bad on this sensors it will throw any misfire on your car It causes slow acceleration, hesitate, jerk and stalls out Let me know but first shoot starting fluid where all the vaccum lines is see if there's any air leak Action out
And if a spark causes a fire on your engine, make sure to get Action's address and phone number so he can pay to repair your car with telling you to use starting fluid.
Thanks bro
Don't tell a DIY'er to do that. Most don't have a clue, they will say that they were told to and you don't make as much money as WalMart. Just be more cautious. All's well with us. :-)
Ah i see!
