passenger window makes a clicking sound and won't roll up.

What is your question?

It happens all the time so I put tape on the switch so we don't roll it down cause it takes two people to get it back up, one holds the window on each side of window and push up and the other on holds the switch up until the window rolls up but sometimes it will roll up crooked. It's a pain in the you know what and the driver side when you roll it all the way down you have to wait a little while before you can roll it up and sometimes it will roll up about 2 or 3 inches and you have to wait and it will do the same until you get it up all the way. How do I know if it's the switch or regulator?
