What is your question?
Is it spark plug wires/plug that needs replacing? Camshaft sensor code also came up (P0304) and losing coolant(does it cause more oil to burn)

Moisture from rain or snow should not affect the ignition or fuel systems unless you literally soak the underhood components. This is unlikely in your scenario. The Camshaft sensor can cause the engine to stumble or stall as this sensor input is needed to synchronize the ignition and fuel injectors with the crankshafts rotation. Another cause of stalling is a dirty throttle body. Intermittent engine stalling when taking foot off accelerator pedal (coasting) or coming to a stop is frequently caused by a dirty Throttle Body. The throttle plate and bore may become coated with contaminates from the intake system. This restricts the amount of air flow past the throttle plates at closed throttle to allow the Idle Air Control motor (IAC) to compensate and keep the engine at it's programmed target idle. The cleaning of the Throttle body is a simple procedure. Losing coolant is something that needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Losing coolant will not cause the engine to burning more oil unless extremely overheated, in which case you have already encountered engine damage. The industry standards on oil consumption is up to 1 qt oil for every 1000 miles and a vehicle with over 50K is 1qt for 750 miles. This is a guideline for maximum oil consumption as it varies from vehicle to vehicle, driver habits, climate etc. Spark plugs and Ignition wires should be replaced at 60K intervals. Fix your coolant leak!
