My horn does not work via the steering wheel. The remote door locks make the horn sound. The airbag light is NOT on. I have already tried fuses and replacing the clock spring with no improvement. I am now assuming it is some electrical issue but don't know exactly where to start.
I ran out of time when replacing the clockspring to continue on and I didn't know where to go next. Anyway, horn does not ever blow no matter where the steering wheel is located. All other steering wheel mounted controls (cruise control) are working. What next?
Tested relay by 1) replacing it with working relay and 2) when relay is removed remote horn won't work but when relay is in remote horn does work. I don't have a second fuse on this van - only one fuse box with horn relay. Idea?
