I hate to see people throw money away, and throwing parts to it don't always fix the problem as you can see. Lets go back to the basics, before computer controled engines all you need was fuel and spark to make an engine run or if there was a mechanical problem at least it would spit or sputter a little and you know it would run. This is the same with todays engines but with a little cyber twist!! So getting back to your no start problem. Did you hear the fuel pump power when the key was turned to on? Next pull a plug wire off a spark plug and insert a screwdriver in the end and you hold the plastic handle then hold the metal part about a half inch from a metal part of the engine. Then have a second person crank the engine over for a few seconds if there is spark you'll see it. Last if thats all good, the computers part, unplug the fuel injector , there are two terminals. A 194 light bulb will good for this test. Take the bulb and straighten the little wires out stick then in the injector plug and crank the engine again. This light should blink. If not there is an issue with the pcm or a sensor.
!!!! Try the other key!!!! I was at a total loss. Caravan would turn over but not start.had just driven it an he before. Kept troubleshooting - good spark, fuel pump, fuses anything I could learn online. Was leaning toward pcm, fuel pump when I read about keys w chips in them. It was worth a try. Used the second key-starfed rite up! Then my key worked again! Unbelievable. I don't know what that was all about but I'm glad I ruled out everything b4 getting it towed or buy a damn fuel pump.funny thing is my keys don't have a chip either.good luck to all and thank you for the tips cuz us poor ppl need all the help we can get
