I had the fuel pump replaced in my 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan due to a failure between 85,000 and 90,000 miles. The fuel gauge on the dash reads between 1/2 tank to 1/4 tank when fuel warning light comes on. I don't want to run the tank dry and risk having to replace the fuel pump again. Any good suggestions?

How long ago was the fuel pump replaced? For the 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan, you should not have to adjust anything. If the pump was just installed, someone has bent the float arm or it was a defective fuel pump assembly. It could also be that when you installed it, you didn't put it back in the same position as it came out. That will make the reading incorrect.
You can verify level with a factory scan tool.

The fuel pump was installed by a reputable repair garage. I am not sure it is the float. I am wondering if the computer settings weren't reset for the replacement.
no reset needed.but you can take it back to the shop that installed it,see what they say.good luck.
