Rear brake make noise even when brake is not applied. Pulsation also occurs

pull the rear drums off to check brakes

Partially applied park brake or cable binding and holding shoes against drums. Try what goodguy suggest, if drum will come off, may not due to brake drag! Loosing any bkake fluid?
