I have a clicking noise on the driver side towards the dash and when driving

when driving the noise start as a clicking noise on the driver side and as you pick up speed it starts to rattle loud as I am driving at any speed. The noise gets loud every time you drive the vehicle.

What makes this problem better or worse?

it gets worse when you accelerate
