What is your question?
The temp gauge in my 2014 Durango 3.6 Liter goes up and down , I replaced thermostat , water pump , oil cooler , as well as overflow tank and a radiator flush . The gauge will just go up and say it’s overheating, then it will go right back down , so I bought a coolant temp sensor but can not locate where it is , I was going to try that , also I did all the tests to assure it was not the head gasket , thanks
How long has your 2014 Dodge Durango had this problem?
A few weeks

I honestly don't think you're experiencing problems with your temperature sensor nor your head gasket. It sounds more like a possible air pocket in your cooling system that is causing extreme temperature fluctuations. Have somebody purge the air from your cooling system and recheck operation with a full coolant level. Having a diagnostic tester connected and watching the temperature as it fluctuates is also a helpful step in figuring out what's going on.
