On the Durango, accessing the front turn signal bulb through the wheel well is a pretty common approach where you turn the steering wheel to full lock to open up access, remove the inner fender liner fasteners to pull back the liner, and then reach in to access the bulb socket from behind the headlight assembly. That said, the exact number of fasteners and the specific location of the socket can vary, and on newer Durangos some of the lighting assemblies use LED modules rather than traditional replaceable bulbs which changes the repair process entirely. If you're not entirely comfortable working in the wheel well area or if the liner is difficult to maneuver I’d recommend having a qualified shop handle this to avoid accidentally damaging the liner or surrounding components.
