How often to change differential fluid, is there front and rea?

Hello, Check in the owners manual, in the service section. It will be listed as a standard maintenance item, and the exact mileage will be indicated. I prefer to change mine, whether a Mercedes Benz or a Volkswagen, at 40,000 miles. It cost little to DIY, and it keeps contaminants off of my gears.
