Hello, there should be some factory settings for a factory back up sensor system that allow for disabling it on a one-time basis when using a trailer. However, you'll have to consult your owners manual, or perhaps visit a local dealership or your repair facility of choice to look through vehicle instrumentation menus with you. If the back up sensors are add-on, then likely this cannot be disabled temporarily.
