I need to replace the entire headlight and am looking for instructions on how to do it.

Your best bet is with one of these: http://bit.ly/mitchell_repair_manuals_online AllData: http://bit.ly/alldata_repair_manuals These manual and even the instructions available from Dodge may be insufficient and you'll need to get in there and figure it out by trial and error. Good Luck
