Would the check engine light come on for a Leading in the detection pump

My check engine light is on for my 2004 Dodge Durango when I hooked it up to see what is wrong with it it says that I have a Evaporative Emissions System Leak Detection Pump. Does that make sense to why the check engine light would be on and be the problem

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing car feels fine the light just came on and said that is the problem
