the front aircondition blowers stopped working.what caused this?

while driving the air just shut off.it was set on medium. The day before the highest setting stopped working.could it be the switch,or fuse or something else?

Sounds like the resistor. That is the part that converts the battery voltage into a lower voltage for lower fan speeds. Look there first. Alex
