replace shift sensor, replace shift module - computer-on tranny replaced tranny filter. - was driving at 45 and all gears went out. don't know where to go now - some suggestion on what be the problem would be great I have already been out close to a grand

That could be anything from internal damage, to a bad connection, to a bad transmission range sensor, and the list goes on.
