Why, oh why did you replace the "ECM"? Nonetheless, I do not see any link from the wipers to the engine's control module. So, if that's what was replaced, perhaps a fuse got blown? Something like that? You have to check for power and signal coming from where it should. A wiring diagram and multi-tester is needed. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
