"Tune Up" can mean so many things -- so, the best suggestion I would give you is to have a proper diagnostic test performed on your engine to find out why you have "little power". For example: "tune up" can consist of replacing spark plugs and wires, checking idle speed and verifying proper ignition timing. If a diagnostic test shows that you actually are experiencing the effects of a restriction with your intake or exhaust flow, then none of that will help you solve your concern directly. Therefore, it makes sense to proceed step by step to determine what is happening with your Durango.
