gas tank shutting off when i start to pump gas

ill go to fill the tank, then suddenly gas tank will shut off and not let me pump gas into tank. caqn someone please help me with an answer.

Customer Concern: Vehicle doesn't want to take gas into the gas tank. Tests/Procedures: 1. Check the rollover/vent valve(s) on top of the fuel tank. Be sure they are not clogged. 2. Inspect the fuel filler neck for any damage and for restrictions in the vent line to the neck.

PUT THE NOZZLE IN THEN PULL THE NOZZLE OUT A LITTLE AND TRY IT AGAIN THIS USUALLY WORKS.
