Can the drivers seat be changed out with the front passenger seat?

Hello, This is possible, but check the part numbers for the chair itself, not the assembly, and see if they are the same. If anyone knows the answer to this question, it is a quality auto dismantler that deals in Dodge trucks. They pull the seats out of these trucks all the time.
