brake flushing

bought a 2001 durango slowly been going through all the flushing of reservoirs because i dont trust whats inside. got to the brake fluid reservoir and noticed alot of stuff inside bottom and its pretty dark in color thinking i need a whole brake system flush to clean out everything and since only me i dont have the proper tools to push the fluid through. no leaks .
