the power outlet does not work can't find the fuses for it

Try looking at your owners manual, or look here for one online: http://repairpal.com/automobile_owners_manuals_online This is often caused by a phone charger that draws too much power and blows the fuse. If it continues to blow the fuse, replace any charger that you're using at the time.
