most cars use a "convenience module" that takes the signal from either the remote or the individual window switches, then activates each individual window motor. this might be the problem. or if the other windows work from the driver's control, but not their own switches, you may have a defective "child safety" lockout switch. with either, you are going to need a good technician to diagnose what's up. the $1000 for window motors and whatever a computer is--- it did not need either and whoever "guessed" at the repair needs to refund your money!
Thank you so much could you explain the keyless entry a little more? I work nights and walk through dark parking lots by myself alot and i don't feel safe not being able to use my keyless entry or panic button.
had another thought. it will probably be a lot less money to add an aftermarket keyless entry system instead of trying to fix one that's 11 years old. it will be listed the yellow pages under "auto alarms" and you may find one for $130 which is what a local shop quoted me (that's installed!). if your "other" windows (rt front and rear) work from your door panel, it is almost definitely a problem in the child lockout switch.
