Same symptom as why you replaced the starter in the first place? Have you checked to ensure the starter is actually faulty? There are several reasons you may have no clicking or starting. Proper key? Battery condition? Cables clean and secure? Main relay OK? Shift lever position proper and sensor functional? Testing is required.
